what happens with evil humans after their death?
Do they become bad spirits, like demons or will they come back to a new life, in a new body and have to face themselves for what they have caused to others in this lifetime?

I say that evil humans die just like every other human dies...

But their contributions to the world usually make things worse for everyone, making it a little bit worse of a world to live in. I see that as a punishment.

yeah, punishment directed to other humans.
I hope that evil humans gets stocked between 2 dimension's, they won´t reach heaven, many refuse to accept that they are dead,
I feel the right punishment though is for them to be reborn, and they will go through everything bad they did against other humans in the first world. To understand what they caused and how it feels.

Many humans lack in emotions, or can´t feel empathy for others. No sensitive actions. Those can so easily hurt humans without understanding it at all. I guess we all have met someone like that?

I was even talking about this with my roomie, earlier today. We were talking about the trips we've been on, mine across North America, and him across Europe and Asia, and we were both agreeing that no matter where you go in the world, people are generally friendly, nice people. Going down the coast with a couple indie bands, we got to stay for free at house after house... no plans on where to stay, just ask and we shall receive, over and over.

If many humans lack in emotions, or can't feel empathy for others, where are they? I have yet to come across people like that.

Even people in war still love their fellow man, they just hate their enemies.
