do u guys feel,tht a person can do anything through meditation?

well for me meditation is a "tool" to dive in or as "Yan tra"( control the flow of thoughts) elevating consciousness.
not everything yet something for neself journey .... anyone hummm ..... intresting why you thought so ?

Maybe...but if you are in a meditation and things happen.... you just go with the flow usually, don't you?

I wonder if a 'guided meditation' is something like a hypnosis suggestion - where the person could tell you what to do in your meditation?

as i was mentioning Yan Tra its like mantra yet the meaning of yan tra something like that. thought will go slower in breathing (pranayam). I must admit that is varies technique so i guess not all the same.

Hypnosis is more likely to affirmation no ?

well i believe u can do anything by it,meditation is a higher level of consciousness,there comes a time when u and god become one,this the state tht allowsu to do anythin and everythin

Some experts say you can be meditating whilst walking - or even when doing some activity. They call it 'mindful meditation' because you have to focus totally only on the thing you are doing at the time.

yes i heard about that too lucy ... that technique also use by Master Suma Ching Hai . the focused at that "moment" ... have a great weekend all :)

I just presume at the merging state will you need anything ....? as they say one will experience the ultimate state .... what else do you need .....:) anyway dont know that far yet :)
